The JY-180 is a compact commercial forming machine for Japanese gyoza, Chinese dumplings and potstickers. The operator loads prepared filling into the hopper and places pre-cut wrappers onto the feed position; the machine then portions the filling, folds and seals each dumpling, and transfers finished pieces onto the discharge conveyor. Suitable Products
Japanese gyoza, Chinese jiaozi, potstickers and similar half-moon filled dumplings made with pre-cut round wrappers. Other products such as pierogi or empanada may require a dedicated mold and recipe test; do not assume compatibility without confirmation.

It is intended for compatible meat, vegetable and mixed fillings. Very wet, sticky, fibrous or large-particle fillings should be tested first.
