1. Shipping Methods & Transit Times
We ship globally via reliable international freight forwarders and logistics partners. For our commercial food machinery (including dumpling machines, samosa machines, and related equipment), shipping options and estimated transit times are as follows:
- Standard Sea Freight (for bulk orders): Estimated 25-45 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination port and customs clearance.
- Express Air Freight (for urgent orders): Estimated 7-15 business days from the date of shipment, door-to-door service available for most regions.
- Local Courier (for spare parts): Estimated 3-10 business days for domestic orders, 5-15 business days for international orders.
Please note: Transit times are estimates only and do not include processing time (see Section 2). Delays may occur due to customs clearance, port congestion, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to verification and processing before shipment.

5. Delivery & Inspection
- Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging and product immediately for any damage, loss, or defects.

- We will not be liable for damage reported after 48 hours of delivery, or for damage caused by improper handling, installation, or use after delivery.
- For commercial machinery, we recommend professional on-site installation and inspection by a qualified technician.
